Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the sorority. Collaborate with other committees and chapters to develop programs and activities that foster a sense of belonging, sisterhood, and personal growth among members. Plan and organize social events, workshops, and educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of members.
